Planning
As a full-service provider, we advise, plan and build fire protection equipment and put fire protection concepts into practice. At the same time, our experts take care of installation and maintenance.
Tekniku Safety is certified to VdS ISO 9001 and is a recognised specialist company for fire alarm systems to TÜV DIN 14675 and SHE systems to BHE.
We are present throughout Kosovo and are there for you in your area too.
For optimal fire protection planning and support, we provide you with a regional contact person who will advise you individually and professionally.
A fire protection concept or report is an important part of any construction planning and a key component of the building permit application under the Model Building Code (MBO). The earlier preventive fire protection measures are included in construction planning, the better the architectural design can be realised. In addition, complicated adaptations and the resulting extra costs can be avoided by planning fire protection measures at an early stage.
For this purpose, a specialist planner needs to define a fire protection concept with a schedule of services, taking building law and insurance requirements into account. To do so, the scope of the preventive measures is determined according to the building class, fire protection and insurance requirements.

We will gladly find a suitable partner for you. Based on the fire protection concept, we will gladly plan and install the necessary fire protection equipment.
We'll show you what you need for fire protection.
Once the fire protection concept has been drawn up, the concrete fire protection planning is carried out by the experts at Tekniku Safety. This means our experts plan the fire protection equipment — whether fire alarms, smoke and heat extraction systems or fire-extinguishing systems — according to the schedule of services for the building in question. In doing so, they take into account and coordinate with other trades such as the building's technical equipment.
Installation and acceptance of the fire protection equipment follow. The project is completed once it has been accepted by the building authorities. However, maintenance and inspection intervals are defined for all fire protection systems. This means the fire protection equipment must be inspected by competent persons such as Tekniku Safety.
We will gladly advise you based on the fire protection concept and take on the fire protection planning as well as coordination with specialist planners, authorities or insurance companies. Contact us now for your fire protection planning.
